Save the date – Swiss Real-World Labs Conference
Wednesday, 20 August 2025, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at ETH Zurich
On 20 August 2025, the Transdisciplinarity Lab (TdLab) at ETH Zurich, in collaboration with WSL, will host the first Swiss Real-World Labs Conference. Real-world laboratories, living labs, transition labs and similar initiatives offer a framework in many places in Switzerland for practical and forward-looking research and experimentation.
The aim of the event is to raise awareness of various real-world laboratory initiatives in Switzerland, promote exchange between them and jointly develop a better understanding of what real-world laboratories achieve – and need.
What you can expect:
- Insight into ongoing projects and approaches: presentation of your own projects at a marketplace
- Exchange with other real-world laboratory actors
- Inspiration and keynote speech by Oliver Parodi (KIT)
- Building a community of practice
- Joint discussion on the future of real-world laboratories in Switzerland
